Working with Morgana and healing my diastases was a life-changing experience. I improved the strength of my core, the flatness of my belly, and my back posture. Truly incredible. Morgana was the third PT I tried after my c-section (second) in September 2022, and I wish I had found her first! My baby was 16 or 17 months old and hadn’t been able to find a way to connect with my body and the strength I once had. I had tried different “mom” apps but nothing worked. I was tired of just feeling like I didn’t know my body anymore. After working out with Morgana for 2 months I know why the apps didn’t work. She is extremely knowledgeable and tailors your workouts for you.

I started working with her two months after my c-section to heal my diastasis recti. Over four months, she helped me go from a six-finger separation to about 2 fingers (almost completely healed).
