What will I need for online personal training sessions?
Very little is needed to create an effective online personal training session.
- Connection: You will need a good wifi connection. As well as a device such as a laptop, iPad, or even your smartphone.
- Equipment: Depending on the type of workout you are interested in, you might need a yoga mat, a few hand weights, or some bands. However, a lot of exercises can be done just using your body.
- Space: In an ideal world you would have a clear, quiet space, however, given the current circumstances it is understandable if kids or partners are using the room as well.
